This Chardonnay is barrel aged and went through 50% Malolactic Fermentation. It was placed in French and American oak barrels, 15% of which is new wood, that were hand selected from only the finest coopers, such as Seguin Moreau, Mendocino Cooperage, Demptos and Radoux. Barrel aged, along with the lees being stirred every two weeks once fermentation is complete.

Tasting Notes
A pretty nose of peaches and cream, crushed rock, and lemongrass. The mouth has Chardonnay's signature mouth-filling texture and white grapefruit flavors, bright acids, chalky minerality and a little pithy bite of green apple skin tannin on the finish.
