Lovely, focused strawberry and raspberry flavors slowly unfurl to show a deeper cherry quality and a hint of anise. A rose pastille component arrives with air and carries through the long, sappy finish. Drinking well now.

Tasting Notes

A pretty nose of peaches and cream, crushed rock, and lemongrass. The mouth has Estate Cabernet Sauvignon's signature mouth-filling texture and red fruity flavors, bright acids, chalky minerality and a little pithy bite of red apple skin tannin on the finish.
