Aromas of Chocolate Covered Cherries. Cocoa, Nutmeg and Vanilla Create a Round Palate. Excellent wine. 
Nose exhibits freshly opened cherry blossoms in spring, light and delicately lifted by oak-imparted vanilla aromas. Bright acidity highlights the entry and finish with soft tannins in the mid-palate.

Tasting Notes

A pretty nose of peaches and cream, crushed rock, and lemongrass. The mouth has Barbèra's signature mouth-filling texture and red fruity flavors, bright acids, chalky minerality and a little pithy bite of red apple skin tannin on the finish.
